• Day and hour in which you required the car
• Description of the service
• If you arrived by airplane, by train or by ship, specify exactly his initials or number
• Specify the number of people and the type and quantity of luggage
• If you know your final destination, please indicate it
• It's very important to mention the name of the person that take a reservations, telephone number and e-mail address

If there is no the digit for your service you'll find the link for the payment process in our reply email.

• 3) Make payment chosen
• 4) Wait for our confirmation email of payment and the booking of the service

When you arrive in the Rome airports or harbors you will find our driver with a sign with your name written immediately after the customs exit, ready to provide assistance and help. However, in the event of any problems you can always contact our firm by telephone.

The cancellation or modification of the service before 24 hours implies the full payment of it.
